In addition, there are many environmental changes that threaten the world’s economy, such as natural disasters and epidemics caused by extreme weather, foreign exchangefluctuations, and sharp rises in the price of some commodities.
It became a prime task to adapt to these changes and create a company structure that can survive not just the next year or the year after, but looking ahead to the next 50 to 100 years in the future.
It is important to consistently collect information and continually change so that we can determine what the most suitable corporate values would be for such a time as this, and so that we may become a company that is needed by our customers. By doing so, we hope to be a company that has longevity in Thailand and provides a stable life for our employees and their families forever.

It is necessary to improve all the possible conditions that could lead to an occupational accident, including any near-miss incidents as well as predicting any potential hazards (Kikenyochi).
At the same time, it is necessary to raise the safety awareness of all employees and provide training to help improve their hazard prediction skills so that they can acquire the skills to predict risks or hazards in all situations.
The top management will be a leader in actively promoting zero-accident activities and creating a zero-accident workplace where employees can feel safe and secure. Finally, I hope that in the 2024 fiscal year, each department will carry out and develop this policy as well as work diligently while envisioning this ideal state.
