In 2020, the outbreak of a new strain of coronavirus was first recognized and became a pandemic in the world and even now is spiraling out of control among each country. This COVID-19 crisis has triggered many changes in the automotive industry especially in terms of the global supply chain collapsing. Moreover, Russia as one of the world leaders that had a wrong idea to start an invasion against Ukraine in a unilateral way. This affected not only the foreign exchange pricing, but also swings in prices of commodities, natural oil, gas, electricity and food, which did not occur in the past. We, globally, are right in the middle of these enormous environmental changes, so we are required to construct the resilient Monozukuri (manufacturing) platform,which may help overcome such changes.

We aim to be a company that can accelerate the cycle of the total cost reduction activities, do further promotion of automation, which is a part of such cycle, and we realize that the Monozukuri is at the top level in Asia among the great evolution era of the automotive industry. We also aim to keep our employees and their family members smiling.

The automotive industry has entered into the great reset era and has started to make many large changes such as carbon neutral, CASE and others. In addition, the main trend for vehicle power and fuel has changed from gasoline to EV or hydrogen and will most likely remain that way from now on. This brings concerns that we are not able to estimate at all if the Japanese major manufacturers can maintain their market share. It is assumed that the global market share of the Japanese two wheels and four wheels will collapse, and the structure of global procurement will drastically change. Though we face such circumstances, we are still moving forward with the Monozukuri that prevents absolute quality issues in order to be able to do business with major manufacturers who are overseas and with a brave heart, as well as for constructing the optimum system and initiate the quality improvement to be able to deliver the high quality products of MFC.
